Someone who helps you build skills, grow confidence, and create the kind of connection, pleasure, and passion you really want. It’s about meeting the client exactly where they are at and moving forward by tuning into your body, exploring your desires, and learning new ways to experience more joy and fulfillment, both solo and with partners. Coaching sessions with me tend to be playful, encouraging, and deeply empowering. It’s a space where curiosity is celebrated, goals are supported, and your unique sexual self gets to be honored and explored. My sessions include experiential exercises in real time like communication skills, embodiment practices, and exploration of desires for the purpose of making new neuropathways, all designed to help you thrive in your relationships and within yourself.
Do you also do in person sessions?

Do you work with couples?
I work exclusively with individuals at this time. Working invididually with an intimacy coach while you are in a partnership can be extremely transformative for your relationship(s). If you would like to work with a coach as a couple, I would be happy to direct you to a Somatica® practitioner who includes couples in their practice.
What does 'Experiential' mean if you don't take clients in person?
Sessions with me will almost always include an element of engaging in exercises that serve the purpose of practicing the skills necessary to cultivate deeper intimacy, nervous system regulation, erotic embodiment and relational health in real time so that you can then go out and use them in your relationships and dating experiences with more confidence and self assurance. In the online space this could look like having practice conversations, practicing flirting and sharing desires and feelings
